25 Minute Sleep Meditation

For 2am: twenty five minutes of sleep induction with no wake-up at the end.

25:25 · Brian Wroblewski

If you are reading this at 2am, this was made for you. Not another relaxing-sounds track. Not a session that leaves you more awake than when you started.

Twenty five minutes of hypnotic sleep induction that works with your nervous system instead of against it. Progressive relaxation releases tension you did not know you were holding. A countdown quiets the part of the mind that will not shut up. By the time the sleep suggestions arrive, the body is already letting go.

There is no wake-up sequence. You are meant to drift off during the recording and stay asleep. Peaceful music extends past the voice so you have room to finish falling.

Use headphones. Keep the volume low enough that you lean in a little to hear. Get in bed before you press play. Do not try to follow along perfectly. Your job is to listen and let it happen.

Twenty five minutes. Headphones, lying down. A wellness recording for rest, not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

FAQ

How long is it really?
About twenty five minutes, matching the catalog length. You are not meant to hear the end.
Why keep the volume low?
A little focus to hear the voice helps quiet the mind. Loud playback works against that.
Do I need headphones?
Yes. The induction and the music tail are mixed for close listening, not a speaker across the room.
What if I am still awake at the end of the voice?
Stay with the music. Do not restart. The point of the tail is to give you room to finish falling.

These are wellness recordings, not medical or psychological care. They do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they are not a substitute for a doctor or a therapist. Do not listen while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention. If tonight is heavier than a recording should carry, please reach out to a professional or a crisis line where you live. The library will keep.
