Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and The Healer's Code LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of healerscode.com and our products, readings, memberships, coaching, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

We provide numerology readings and Soul Blueprints, guided meditations, energy and Reiki-based offerings, digital products, memberships and community access, and coaching. Specific features and deliverables are described at the point of purchase. We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Important disclaimers

Our Services are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

Our content and readings are not, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, mental health, financial, investment, or legal advice. Nothing we provide should be relied upon as such advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical, psychological, financial, or legal matter, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or received from us.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Reiki and energy-based practices are complementary and are not medical treatment. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome, result, or benefit.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account or community membership. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Purchases and payments

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change. Payments are processed by our third-party processors, including Stripe and PayPal, and certain memberships or courses may be billed through Skool. By purchasing, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and recurring charges. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

7. Refund policy

Because our offerings are largely digital and personalized, the following refund terms apply:

• Digital products and readings are final and non-refundable once delivered or once access has been granted.
• Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
• Memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Limited 14-day exception. If you experience a verified technical error that prevented delivery, or a duplicate charge, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will correct the issue or issue a refund for the affected charge.

8. Digital delivery

Personalized digital products, such as readings and Soul Blueprints, are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours after purchase and after we receive the information needed to prepare them. Delivery is made electronically to the email address you provide, so please ensure it is accurate.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

All content, materials, readings, recordings, designs, and software provided through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Healer's Code and the Complete Numerology Soul Blueprint(TM) are trademarks of The Healer's Code LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. User representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, that you will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, and that your use does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

11. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way.
• Infringe our intellectual property or that of others.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
• Upload malware or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.

12. Marketing consent

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your orders and, where you have consented, send you marketing communications. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time as described below and in our Privacy Policy.

13. SMS terms

If you opt in to our text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. This is a 10DLC application-to-person messaging program.

• Message frequency varies and is expected to be up to approximately 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

14. Email and CAN-SPAM

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Marketing emails include a clear way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages relating to your orders or account may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.

15. Social media and advertising

We advertise and maintain a presence on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. Your interactions on those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their content.

16. Testimonials and user content

If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, or other content to us or on our platforms, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it is truthful and not misleading.

17. Third-party services

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services, including Stripe, PayPal, Skool, and advertising and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

18. AI disclosure

Some of our materials are created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, including services from OpenAI and Anthropic. Content produced with AI assistance is reviewed by a human before it is delivered to you. AI-assisted content is provided subject to the same disclaimers set out in these Terms.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healer's Code LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100).

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Healer's Code LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

21. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Numerology, energy work, and spiritual practices are not scientifically validated, and we make no representation that they will produce any particular result.

22. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that you use the Services voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the Services. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Services.

23. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

The arbitration will take place in Sarasota County, Florida. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

24. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding is Sarasota County, Florida.

25. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

26. Modifications to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

27. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

29. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms presented at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
