Guided Sleep Meditation: Heal Your Soul While You Sleep

For the night you want rest and a deeper mend while the body sleeps.

7.5 hours · Brian Wroblewski

Tonight you do not just sleep. You give the deeper part of you permission to travel while the body rests.

The guided portion is the first stretch of the night: a gentle sleep induction, then your soul is given leave to lift and move through the night sky toward the light that created you. Soft affirmations begin after the induction and continue under the music for the long hours that follow.

You do not need to stay awake for any of it. Press play, close your eyes, and let the recording run. The music underneath was shaped to hold deep delta rest while the voice, and later the loop, works on your behalf.

Lines that return through the night include: you are safe, you are held, you are loved. Your soul is healing in the light of source. Every wound is being mended while you rest. You return to your body at dawn renewed.

About seven and a half hours total, most of it music and the affirmation loop after the guided opening. Headphones or speakers, phone face down, lying down. A wellness recording for rest, not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

  • Permission for the soul to lift and travel toward source light
  • Soft healing affirmations that loop under the overnight music
  • A long delta bed that carries you through the remaining hours

Not this one if

  • Not a short track. This is an overnight recording, about seven and a half hours.
  • Not the one if you only want a brief induction and silence. The affirmations keep returning.
  • Not for a night when you need to wake early for something precise. Set the end yourself if you must.

FAQ

How much of it is guided versus music?
The voice leads the first portion: induction, soul release, then the transition into the healing loop. After that, soft affirmations ride under music for the long overnight stretch.
Do I need to stay awake for the affirmations?
No. You are meant to sleep. Trust that the loop continues whether you consciously hear every line or not.
Headphones or speakers?
Either works for an overnight play. Keep the volume low, and turn the phone face down so light does not pull you back.
What if I wake in the middle?
Let it keep playing. Drift back on the music and the soft lines. You do not need to restart from the beginning.

These are wellness recordings, not medical or psychological care. They do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they are not a substitute for a doctor or a therapist. Do not listen while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention. If tonight is heavier than a recording should carry, please reach out to a professional or a crisis line where you live. The library will keep.
