Letting Go: 3 Balloons
For the grip of fear, shame, and control, released one balloon at a time on a quiet beach.
35:33 · Brian Wroblewski
What would happen if you just let go? And what are you afraid would happen if you did?
This session takes you to a quiet beach. Breath settles you with a short inhale and a longer exhale. Waves deepen the state. Then three balloons rise, one at a time: red for fear, orange for shame, yellow for control. You release each and install what replaces it: safety, worthiness, confidence.
This is not observation practice. The grip of fear, shame, and control often lives in the lower back, the abdomen, the belly. That is where the release is aimed. Integration follows, then a gentle numbered return that brings you back without a jolt so the body keeps what it released.
Thirty five minutes. Headphones help but are not required. Sitting or lying down, whichever lets the body fully rest. Return whenever the grip comes back. A wellness recording, not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
